CrossDock — the cross-platform dropship network
Supply or retail products across stores on different platforms. Any connected store can be the supplier, the retailer, or both.
Free to run. Connecting stores, importing products and routing orders cost nothing. A 1% fee applies only to orders you choose to auto-settle, and it is net of processing.
The gap it fills
Shopify Collective is a good idea with a hard boundary: it only works Shopify-to-Shopify, because it leans on Shopify Payments for escrow and Shopify fulfillment orders for routing. If your supplier is on Square, or your retailer is on WooCommerce, none of it applies.
CrossDock is built platform-blind. A canonical product and order model sits in the middle, and each platform has an adapter behind the same interface — so the routing engine does not know or care which platform an order came from. Square as a supplier, in particular, is something no other network supports.
What it does
Curated price lists
Publish a catalogue to a specific retailer with your own margin. Different retailers can see different lists at different terms, and costs are snapshotted at import so a later price change never rewrites an agreed deal.
Automatic order routing
A paid retail order becomes a real, paid order in the supplier's own platform at cost prices — visible in their normal dashboard, not a separate portal. Multi-supplier carts split automatically into one order per supplier.
Inventory and tracking sync
Stock changes propagate to the retailer as they happen. When the supplier ships, tracking flows back and the retail order is fulfilled with it — line-scoped, so one supplier shipping does not mark another supplier's items as sent.
MSRP price locks
Optionally pin retail prices to your MSRP. If a retailer edits the price, it is put back.
Stripe settlement
The retailer is charged at cost when the order routes; the supplier is paid on fulfillment. ACH is the default rail, and processing is passed through at cost so the 1% platform fee is genuinely net.
